Experimental Study of Ceramic Implant Removal in studying on Biologic Basis
Yoon Chang-Keun

Cho Jae-O
Abstract
he purpose of this study was to observe the proper concentration of fluoric acid solution to remove the implanted ceramic materials in studying on biologic basis, without any microscopic damage to tissues.
The 50 male albino rats, weighing 180 S or more, were divided into two groups;
experimental and control animal group. On the seventh experimental day, the animals both control and experimental animal group were sacrificed.
And the parotid and liver tissues were taken, fired in 10,% normal formalin solution. The tissues, from experimental animal group were reacted in 510-o¢¥, Wo, 150, 20% fluoric acid solution respectively for three days.
And sectioned in paraffin, stained with hamatoxylin-eosin stain.
Fallowing result obtained.
1. The proper concentration of fluoric acid solution which influences minimal tissue damage was 10% solution.
2. The concentrations reached above 15% or more, the nuclei were revealed karyorrhexis to karyolysis.
